Bannut Tree Farm, Arley near Bewdley, Worcestershire, DY12 3LX.
Bannut Tree Farm is a working arable farm set in the picturesque Severn Valley within 5 minutes walk to the village of Arley with its shop, riverside tearoom and arboretum. The farm has fields of beans and wheat, pheasants, deer and rabbits can be seen in the field, overhead buzzards soar. The views from the campsite are of the valley and the steam railway.

Onsite there is a small fishing lake and just a short walk down the hill the River Severn and Arley railway station with steam trains puffing along the Severn Valley line. There are two pubs which serve good food within a few minutes walk, both listed in the good pub guide. Local riverside towns of Bewdley 2 miles and Bridgnorth 8 miles and the site is on the edge of the Wyre Forest for walking, exploring, paddling the river, biking and Go Ape. The site has a caravan club listing and extra toilets and showers are at the farm.

The Sleeping Tents

Designed for our unpredictable weather. A 6 Metre tent for sleeping a Rainbow Bell tent/tipi  Sewn in groundsheet for warmth and a cosy sleeping area with zipped lockable doorway.

Inside you will find: Rugs, cushions, throws, storage shelves.

The Beds :-  Single or double/ KS beds with good mattresses and a base sheet. (Anti allergy pillows provided with a pillowcase). Solar lights outside with deck tile entrance.

The other facilities that come with your booking.

Each camp is bespoke we put up and take down the tents as required so you can specify your bed arrangements single or doubles.

With 5+ sofas, coffee table, rugs and throws and electric lighting. Games cupboard and books for all ages. An area for relaxing after a day out or place to shelter if the weather is unkind.

Kitchen_2The cooking cabin
With a 2 large fridges / freezer and 2 standard gas kitchen hobs/ovens this is a well stocked resource for your camp. It includes a microwave, toaster electric and gas kettles and then all you will need for catering for up to 30 people. Glasses, cutlery and various pots, pans and plates. Inside also a double pot-wash sink with hot water. We provide teatowels and washing up liquid.

The Showers
There are up to 2 shower cabins a total of 3 showers exclusive to your booking. Each has a sink and washroom area with storage and electricity with hairdryers and charging facilities (2 hairdryers are provided).

The toilets
Your camp has its own flush portaloo and 3 cabins with flush Cassette toilets Total 4 Toilets. and a short 5 minute walk away at the farm are the bog standard flush loos.

A large iron chiminea fire with benches around it. (wood provided 2 bags per day) A large drum style BBQ and a brick BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. Solar and electric lighting. A  small brick basic pizza oven takes only 1 at a time.

New gravelled camp area for up to 7 tents as a group or individual units.
Suitable for Tipi Hen Parties, group gatherings reunions, several families together or several individual families.
We can recommend outside caterers if you need a night off the cooking. (Hog roast or sit down meal)

Local family friendly pubs (300yds away) and wave at the steam trains as they cross the Victoria Bridge. Recently featured on Michael Portillo's Railway Journeys in Bradshaws Guide. Events include SVR 1940s weekend, Thomas Tank engine weekends.  www.svr.co.uk
