Site 1 Only 15 minutes walk to the delights of one of the most delightful Georgian towns in Worcestershire.    Site 2 Only  5 minutes walk to the pub, Arley station 10 min and some stunning views over the Severn valley.

Site 1 -  5 minutes drive to the Severn Valley steam Railway, West Midlands Safari Park, Stourport on Severn fairground and parks, Go Ape highwire adventure, Wyre Forest footpaths, cycle routes and many other family visitor attractions. Cadbury World, Birmingham, Worcester and the Malverns a short drive away.    Hire a bike and cycle the forest trails or paddle the Severn in a Canadian canoe.  See our links page above.                   

What does it include?

The Sleeping Tipis

5 Metre Soulpad tribe 5000 tipi for sleeping in (based on a Scandanavian Lavvu tipi).  

Sewn in groundsheet  for warmth and and a cosy sleeping area. 

Rugs, cushions, throws and a solar lights, single or double beds with good mattresses.  (Anti allergy pillows provided).

Electricity for low voltage appliances (less than 600watt) - (we provide a 12v hairdryer and coolbox/fridge).   New shower unit for 2011.

You need to bring your own sleeping bags or duvets, pillowcases and towels. 

The tipis will sleep 4 people comfortably with loads of storage space for clothing and kit.  

 5 people is cosy.  1 Double luxury futon  2 single luxury futons.   (5 single beds possible)

Dining area a 6 metre Sioux style tipi with pine table, chairs, cupboards and cooker.

Including Gas cooking facilities,  pots, plates, pans, wine glasses, corkscrew and all you will need for a comfortable stay. All little details like cafetierre table mats and candle lantern. The games cupboard for books and games.  

Outside the Tipi you will find a chiminea BBQ and picnic bench seating for those warm summer evenings.

Toilet and shower facilities.  Electricity for low voltage appliances, 12v hairdryer and coolbox/fridge. 

Our prices include all gas and wood for your stay.

      Fishing @ Haye Farm        and            Arley sites

Haye Farm and Arley are coarse fishing both catch and return.  The ponds are stocked with large carp 12lb + (common and Mirror) tench and various other fish.  And the River Severn is less than half a mile from both sites.   If you dont catch fish feed the ducks!

 A rod and tackle is avaliable for hire at £3.00 per day + day ticket for fishing at various prices from £3.50 depending on time and day of week.
